Gate Remote Order Instructions - 29 March 2024

When requesting a gate remote, fill out the Gate Access Form, which is found under . Return it to the email provided on the form. Once received, GHS will bill your account and send you a confirmation email that the remotes have been billed to your account. They will be shipped once payment is received. Once payment is received, GHS will mail the remotes to the address on the form. Each remote is $50.00. You can pay using the following payment methods: -To view or make payments on your account, please register/login at https://greenville.cincwebaxis.com/. There is a $1.99 convenience fee for e-checks and a 3.25% convenience fee for credit card payments. -When writing a check (there are no additional fees when paying by personal check or bill pay check), make sure to make it payable to River Shoals HOA and include your account number (address) on the memo line. Then mail to GHS using the following address: River Shoals HOA C/O Greenville HOA Services P.O. Box 80429 Simpsonville SC 29680 -If you would like to pay your bill using an online bill payment service or your personal bank’s online payment service, you must set up a new payee using the information above. This will ensure your payment is posted promptly. -If you would like to come to our office and pick up the remotes, please call 864-213-2156, and we will schedule an appointment for you to meet with one of our associates. Please do not show up without an appointment for remote pickup.
Parking at the Clubhouse

Overnight parking in the Clubhouse parking lot requires a permit from the management company. Vehicles without permits will be towed at the owner’s expense.
