Open Board Positions

2025-01-02

Our board will have four vacant seats due to terms expiring. Please consider volunteering for this two-year term or nominate a friend or neighbor. Being a board member involves working with other board members and the management company to preserve and enhance the property value of River Shoals homeowners by adhering to the covenants, by-laws, and policies and providing fiscally responsible solutions to the issues affecting our community. We have monthly executive meetings, which last about two hours, and host quarterly HOA Community meetings. Here are some things you should know if you consider adding your name to the ballot. • All board members must sign and abide by the Code of Conduct. • Board members need to be River Shoals homeowners in good standing, which means they are current on their HOA dues, have no violations, and have no outstanding balances. • Candidates may not be spouses or partners of current board members. If you want to see a change in your neighborhood, be part of the change by volunteering. It takes all of us working together to move forward.
